Why Escape Rooms Have a Lock on the U.S.
Escape Rooms are exciting and something new to do. There aren't many in Central New York (and if you're from Central New York like we are, you know we tend to lag a bit behind the trends!), but don't take our word for it, Carly Mallenbaum from the USA Today wrote an article in April in 2018 that really captures the spirit!
"According to the Room Escape Artist blog database, maintained by gaming couple Lisa and David Spira (who used an escape room as part of their engagement), there were only 22 escape rooms in the U.S. in 2014. By the summer of 2017, the Spiras calculated just under 2,000 escape room facilities. . "
CNY Escape Rooms is trying to bring Cental New York into the present.
